Have you fallen or feel you may be at risk of falling? or are you concerned about falling in the future?

As we get older we all have an increased risk of falling. None of us want to fall, be injured from falling or be admitted into hospital as a result of a bad fall.

There are lots of simple things you can do to help you stay steady on your feet. This booklet has information for everyone, whether you’re fit and active, have some difficulty walking and getting around, or are worried
about falling.

Good health and keeping active can make a big difference to your quality of life, whatever your age. There are also specific things that you can do to improve your strength and balance.
